Blackened Salmon With Pineapple Avocado Salsa

I used varies of spices for this salmon. Black pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder. I spray pan cooking spray before and after to get the spices stuck on. I pan seared skin up.

For the salsa, I diced up tomatoes, can pineapples and tomatoes with a squeeze of lime juice .
